QUALITY CONTROL
a) Dimensional Accuracy : Dimensional tolerances are maintained as per DIN 40685 fine or coarse tolerances as per customers specification. wherever necessary final products are machined/ground to the required tolerances.
b) Routine physical tests - In house routine physical tests are carried for all the batches for porosity by water absorption, bulk density, comprehensive strength/breaking load and bursting strength.
c) Chemical analysis - Carried out every six month by recognized test houses or by Central Glass and Ceramic Research Institute.
d) Special tests for electrical and electromechanical tests etc are done by National test houses or by IRDA.
